Board Prism Survey

Before you begin

In this survey, "transformation" refers to any significant organizational change initiative or major capital/resource commitment that is distinct from routine business-as-usual (BAU) activity, requires formal board or senior management approval, and demands a material share of the organization's managerial, financial, or operational resources to execute.

Practus is conducting independent primary research to examine transformation approval in Board governed organizations, specifically the end to end process considered pre, during, and post approval.  There is almost no data on how boards actually approach these decisions at the approval and oversight stage: what they rely on, what they miss, and what they would do differently. 

Your experience as a senior leader or board member places you in a uniquely informed position to contribute to this research. The findings will be published as a Practus thought leadership report and shared with participating individuals. No individual or organization will be identifiable in any published output.
